2. Kingdom Residences (Location: Near Rendezvous Bay): Apartment condo on the sunny paradise island of Anguilla. Only 5 minutes away from beautiful, white sandy beaches and sparkling turquoise sea. Enjoy this three-story fully furnished two single bedroom and two double bedroom private, individual units - each of the four units individually priced.

 

It's a home away from home with all the modern amenities - Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot / cold water, living dining and kitchens with granite counter tops; each with a washer and dryer.

 

Experience modern, comfortable facilities and amenities in an intimate setting at an affordable price in a quiet neighborhood. Our spacious, cozy bedrooms; relaxing living rooms; and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms will enhance the quality of your stay. Each unit has direct access to refreshing balconies, perfect for family time, sunbathing, games night and so much more.

 

SUVs and sedans are available to rent for guests who would like to drive around and explore the beautiful island. There is plenty of parking space in front of the apartment condo.

 

3. Fortune Rise (Location: East End):  Fortune Rise is a licensed property that falls under the villa business regulations Act. It's a newly built modern cozy apartment with remote gate access, back up generator and perimeter security camera system located in Mount Fortune on the eastern end of the island. Five minutes driving access to grocery stores, Island Harbour beach and the restaurants thereon like Falcon Nest. Ten minutes drive from the famous Shoal Bay beach.

 

     The apartment is new and is fitted with all the necessary modern amenities. The space is equipped with a washer and dryer, air-conditioner, 40 inch TV in bedroom and living area, equipped with cable and internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances to include fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker. an accessible Cazibo area with grill, mini fridge, sink, outdoor dining set and a Television. Guests have access to the entire property

 

4. Crocus Hill (Location Crocus Hill): Retreat to Anguilla at this beautiful local home . This house was built with love to capture the stunning views of The Valley and St. Maarten's Mountain tops. It is located in Sachasses - just a five-minute stroll to the beautiful Crocus Bay and Da'Vida’s Restaurant. 

 

5. Home in the Valley (Location: The Valley): Spacious 3 bedroom vacation home, with beautiful ocean view and view of the mountainous island of St. Maarten which appears to be a stone-throw away. This home has a large yard for entertainment and ample parking space. Located in a nice quiet community.

 

The huge open kitchen and open floor plan will give you that feeling of comfort and ease that you need on your vacation. Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor space.

6. Vannie's Cottage (Location: West End VIllage): Vannie’s Cottage is a lovely three bedroom house located in West End Village.  It is near great beaches, restaurants and resorts. There is a large supermarket within walking distance.  Guests have the whole house to themselves and access to all rooms.

 

7. Vacation Home in South Hill (Location South Hill): Very spacious and private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - located at the South West coast of Anguilla - only a 5 min. car ride to Rendezvous Bay Beach - perfectly suits couples, families or a group of friends who are traveling on a budget.

The spacious (1300 sq ft) and tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor of a three-story private home consists of 3 bedrooms (1 is a master-bedroom en-suite), 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen and a separate living and dining room. The bedrooms are air conditioned and can hold up to 6 people in 3 Queen Size beds. (An additional air-bed can be added if required). The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is also available for your convenience. A spacious porch with tables and lounge chairs invites you to relax, read a book, enjoy your meals outside, your sunset cocktail or simply watching the stars and get away from it all. This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone.

Other things to note: MUST like dogs! 1 family friendly dog adds to your personal security. The total price includes 13% GST (Good and Services Tax)

8. 4C’s Vacation Suites (Location: South Hill): Entire rental unit in South Hill Village, Anguilla 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

 

9. Villa at Limestone Bay, Anguilla (Location Limestone Bay): Villa at Limestone Bay, Anguilla is a lovely home set on a private enclave surrounded by lush tropical foliage.  The villa is nestled between two of Anguilla's most picturesque  beaches; Little Bay Cove and Little Bay Anguilla.

 

11. Central Savy three bedroom house (Location: The Valley) This spacious three bedroom home is the ideal place for the whole family or a group of friends. Centrally located it is the perfect place for any type of stay. A two minute drive from the airport and five minutes to essential services. The location is convenient, yet peaceful.
